Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Peeped, including peeped.xyz, our casino profiles, analytics pages, dashboards, data API, embeddable widgets, and related services. By using Peeped, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What Peeped is

Peeped is an informational website and analytics terminal for crypto-casino and iGaming markets. We publish and organize information such as casino profiles, deposit and withdrawal analytics, distribution analytics, and on-chain casino activity across multiple blockchains.

Peeped is not a casino, sportsbook, gambling operator, exchange, wallet, broker, custodian, or payment processor. We do not accept wagers, run games, custody funds, process deposits or withdrawals, or create casino accounts for users. Peeped is an independent analytics provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any casino or operator it tracks.

2. Eligibility & lawful use

You may use Peeped only if you are at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live, if higher), you can enter into a binding agreement, and your use of gambling-related and crypto-related information is lawful where you are located. You are responsible for understanding and following the laws that apply to you. Access to information on Peeped does not mean that any casino, promotion, token, chain, transaction, or activity is legal in your jurisdiction.

3. Informational use only

Peeped content is for informational, research, and market-analysis purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment, gambling, or professional advice. You understand and agree that:

• casino profiles, rankings, and labels are not endorsements or recommendations;
• analytics are not instructions to gamble, invest, trade, or use any third-party service;
• on-chain and deposit/withdrawal analytics may be delayed, incomplete, mislabeled, or affected by data-source limitations; and
• you are solely responsible for decisions you make based on information from Peeped.

4. Third-party content

Peeped displays information about third-party casinos, companies, blockchain addresses, promotions, and websites. This information may come from public sources, third-party APIs, blockchain data, or our own research. We try to keep it useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee that third-party content is complete, current, lawful, or suitable for your use. Links, logos, rankings, mentions, wallet labels, or visibility in analytics do not create an endorsement unless we expressly say otherwise. Third-party websites have their own terms, privacy policies, and responsible-gambling controls.

5. Accounts, API keys & security

Certain features require an account and an API key. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API key secure and for all activity under them. Do not share your API key or let others use your account beyond your subscription. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support@peeped.xyz. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or abuse the service.

6. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid tiers are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through Stripe or our crypto payment processor, at the price shown at checkout.
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period.
• Prices may change; we will give notice before a change applies to your next renewal. Fees are exclusive of any taxes you owe.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Peeped in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• access accounts, data, systems, APIs, or admin tools without authorization;
• scrape, crawl, copy, resell, redistribute, or mirror substantial parts of the service beyond your tier or without permission;
• exceed your tier's quotas, coverage caps, or rate limits, or circumvent metering or access controls;
• interfere with, overload, scan, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service, or derive our wallet-attribution methodology;
• attempt to re-identify, deanonymize, harass, or target individuals using the data; or
• submit false, misleading, infringing, abusive, or unlawful content, or impersonate any person, company, or casino.

Our full Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

Peeped and its original software, design, charts, copy, organization, branding, and the underlying wallet-attribution methodology and compiled analytics are owned by Peeped or its licensors. Third-party names, logos, trademarks, links, and data remain owned by their respective owners. Subject to these Terms and your active subscription, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Peeped for lawful personal or internal business purposes, plus any additional rights your tier expressly grants (for example white-label/redistribution rights on the Data Feed tier). If you submit content or corrections, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, edit, and display it as needed to operate and promote Peeped.

9. Availability & changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Peeped at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific data coverage, or continued availability of any page, feature, chart, profile, or API. We may update data models, rankings, filters, labels, and analytics methods without notice.

10. Disclaimers

Peeped is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and security. We do not warrant that any data, casino profile, chart, ranking, wallet label, or third-party link is accurate, complete, current, lawful, or free from errors. On-chain attribution is inherently probabilistic and may contain errors or gaps.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peeped and its affiliates, contractors, suppliers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, business interruption, or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims relating to Peeped will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peeped and its affiliates, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of Peeped, your submitted content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

13. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of Peeped after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@peeped.xyz.
