1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Peeped ("Peeped", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use peeped.xyz, our data API, and our embeddable widgets. By using Peeped, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: the email address you sign up with, and your subscription tier and status.
• API keys & usage data: we generate an API key for your account and record how the API is used — the endpoints you call, timestamps, quota/rate-limit counters, and the IP address of the request — to operate the service and prevent abuse.
• Payment data: card payments are processed by Stripe and crypto payments by our payment processor. We receive confirmation of payment and a subscription/transaction reference, but we do not store your full card number or crypto private keys.
• Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer, and pages visited, collected automatically through server logs and cookies.
• Website analytics & marketing: when you visit peeped.xyz we may set a first-party cookie (peeped_vid) and record first-touch UTM/referral parameters so we can measure our own traffic and marketing.

3. How we use your information

• Create and manage your account, and authenticate and meter your API use.
• Process subscriptions, renewals, and invoices.
• Improve our services, features, and user experience.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Communicate with you about your account and our services.
• With your consent, measure and show advertising.

4. Information sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with providers that help us run Peeped — a payment processor (Stripe), a crypto payment processor, our hosting/CDN provider, our email provider, and, only with your consent, analytics and advertising platforms — and with authorities where required by law or to protect our rights, users, and the public. We may also transfer data in connection with a merger or sale of assets.

5. Cookies & tracking

Peeped uses essential cookies (required for authentication, remembering your cookie choice, and core functionality — always active) and, only after you choose "Accept" in our cookie banner, optional analytics and advertising cookies/pixels (which may include Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X). You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies. 6. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — encrypted connections (HTTPS), scoped API keys, secret management, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent, and opt out of advertising cookies/"sharing" (use the cookie banner's Decline option or a GPC signal). 8. Third-party links

Peeped contains links to third-party websites, including online casinos and other external services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of these sites, and we are not affiliated with the casinos or operators we track. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

9. On-chain data we publish

Peeped's product analyzes public blockchain activity of crypto-casino operators (aggregate deposit/withdrawal flows). This is public on-chain data about businesses; it is not personal data about our customers, and we do not expose the underlying wallet map through the customer API.

10. Children's privacy

Peeped is not directed at individuals under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. Peeped is not a gambling service and does not enable gambling. If we learn we have collected data from someone under 18, we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of Peeped after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
