Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out what you may not do with the Peeped Service and data. It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service.

You must not

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to facilitate crime, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or fraud;
• resell, sublicense, redistribute, or publish the data as a competing dataset or API, except where your tier expressly permits it (e.g. white-label rights on the Data Feed tier);
• exceed your tier's quotas, coverage caps, or rate limits, or attempt to circumvent metering, authentication, or access controls;
• share, sell, or transfer your API key, or let others use your account beyond your subscription;
• scrape or bulk-harvest the Service beyond your tier, or reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive our wallet-attribution methodology;
• attempt to re-identify, deanonymize, harass, or target individuals using the data, or combine it with other data to do so;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or circumvent its security;
• introduce malware, launch denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise interfere with or overload the Service; or
• misrepresent your identity, infringe others' intellectual-property or privacy rights, or remove required attribution.

Responsible security disclosure

If you discover a security issue, please tell us at support@peeped.xyz before disclosing it publicly, and do not access or modify data beyond what is needed to demonstrate the issue.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, rate-limit, or remove content, with or without notice, and report unlawful activity to authorities. Violations may also breach the Terms of Service.
